United Building Maintenance has developed a list of services that keep vacant buildings in show quality. Because managers never know when they might need to show a building to a potential tenant, we can provide a monthly or weekly program to keep the building ready to show at all times.

  • Provide and replace interior lights
  • Monitor exterior lights and report when they are out, replace as requested
  • Provide and replace stained or broken ceiling tiles
  • Wash inside and outside windows on a set schedule
  • Remove cobwebs from skylights
  • Compound sweep warehouse cement floors
  • Check and clean roofs and downspouts
  • Provide our Normal Monthly Vacancy Maintenance
    • Remove cobwebs in building
    • Vacuum carpets
    • Clean restrooms, replenish any needed supplies
    • Sweep and mop floors
    • Dust window sills
    • Clean outside entries
    • Clean entrance glass doors
    • Install deodorizers
